Middle & High School Study Abroad
This program is designed for Japanese middle and high school students.It is a short-term study abroad program in New Zealand, aimed at improving academic skills and deepening cultural exchange.
We offer a unified support system from departure until return home.

Please select your preferred school and apply via the website.After applying, please transfer the program service fee to the designated HUILIFE account.
Important: Please be sure to check the application deadline.Some programs have limited enrollment, so payment must be completed 1–2 months before departure.
Pre-departure Preparation
Orientation (1 session)
Format: Online (Zoom)
Content: Study abroad guidance, daily life manners, what to bring, insurance information, safety precautions
Target: Participants and their guardians
HUILIFE Online English Enhancement Course (16 sessions)
Objective: To develop the English skills necessary to adapt to local life and school classes
Duration: About 2 months before departure
Self-introduction and daily conversation practice
Expressions commonly used at school (classes, lunch, club activities, etc.)
Listening and speaking training through topics related to New Zealand’s culture and lifestyle
Pre-High School English Program
Format: Online / or held locally after arrival
Feature: Participate together with local students in New Zealand
Content: Acquire academic English skills required for high school (essay writing, presentation practice, etc.)
Outcome: A curriculum that helps students quickly adjust to local school life and feel at ease
Local Schedule (Example: 3 to 6 weeks)
Participation in Local High School Classes (Weekdays)
Attend regular classes at a partner high school in New Zealand
Classes are organized by proficiency levels, and international students receive the appropriate support
Group work and presentations with local students in some subjects
After-school Activities
Cultural experiences (Maori culture, Hangi cooking, etc.)
Sports exchange (Rugby, touch rugby, badminton, etc.)
Participation in local volunteer activities
Homestay Experience
Stay with a regular local family (1 student per family or up to 6 students in one home depending on arrangements)
Two meals per day (breakfast and dinner) provided
Improve practical English skills and gain cross-cultural understanding
Collaboration with Student-Care to ensure a comprehensive support system, including 24-hour assistance
Post-return Support (Optional)
English Learning Follow-up Session (1 session)
Reflect on your study abroad experience and set future English learning goals
Includes learning advice and speaking practice
Achievement Presentation Session
Present your experiences and what you have learned to your guardians
Presentations are primarily conducted in English
